We are set up at D-2226 in Indira Nagar, right here in Lucknow. Indira Nagar is a huge place, and our corner of it is a mix of houses and small businesses. Our office is basically a converted space that we’ve filled with desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. It isn't the most modern-looking place, but it has everything we need to keep the industries side of our business moving. The 226016 area is pretty convenient because there are plenty of shops nearby for when we need supplies or a quick lunch. We have a small team, and most of us have been working together for a long time. There is no hierarchy here; if a box needs moving or a phone needs answering, whoever is closest just does it. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital orders throughout the day. The Uttar Pradesh heat can be quite something, so we are thankful for the old air conditioner that hums in the corner. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions of what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward life and a straightforward business. Being in a residential block means we have to be quiet in the evenings, which is fine by us.
