Our little shop is S-1/5B, located in the Mansarovar Market at Bara Birwa. We are right across the road from Phinox Mall, which makes us very easy to find even if you aren't from this part of town. It's a very busy part of Alambagh with people coming and going all day. We do all kinds of travel bookings, mostly car rentals and sometimes bus tickets for longer routes. Being so close to the mall means there is always a crowd and plenty of activity around our door. We have been in this same spot for several years now. It is a small space, really just enough for a couple of chairs and a computer on a desk. We spend most of our working day on the phone talking to drivers or checking on the train timings at the station. People often come in after they finish their shopping at the mall to ask for a ride home or to book something for the following weekend. We know Lucknow very well, especially those routes that always get stuck during the evening rush hour. Our drivers are all local men who have been working with us for a while. We don't do much marketing, just the sign we have outside the shop. We like being part of this local market community. It keeps us busy and we enjoy the daily routine.
