Design Square Architects

Our office is up on the second floor of Eldeco Magnum Plaza, right at 101. Being across from Fun Republic Mall in Gomti Nagar means there is always something going on outside. The traffic can get a bit loud during the evening rush, but inside at Design Square Architects, it stays mostly calm. We usually take the stairs instead of waiting for the lift because it is faster if you aren't carrying much. The hallway can be a bit dim sometimes when the overhead lights flicker, but our unit gets a decent amount of natural light. We have a few desks pushed together and some old shelves filled with folders and rolls of paper. It gets a bit cluttered during the middle of the week, but we try to keep it organized enough so we can find what we need. Lunch often comes from one of the small shops nearby, or we just bring something from home and eat while we look out at the mall traffic. Gomti Nagar is a busy area, but our corner of the plaza feels a bit separate from all that noise. We spend a lot of time just sitting and focusing on the screens or talking through ideas at the main table. It isn’t a flashy setup, just a practical one that works for us. There is always a pile of mail near the door and someone usually forgets their umbrella by the coat rack when it starts to rain outside.
