You can find us at 532B/593/1 in Mehndi Tola, which is part of the Aliganj area in Lucknow. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, not on the main high street, which suits us just fine. The building is a regular brick structure and we’ve taken over a couple of rooms to run our services. Lucknow gets incredibly hot in the summer months, so our fans are always running at full speed. We have a small porch where we sometimes sit to get some air. The streets around here are narrow and you’ll often hear children playing or the sounds of scooters buzzing past. Our office inside is a bit of a mess of cables and notebooks. We aren't really interested in having a polished showroom. We just need a place to sit and handle the service requests that come in. Most of us have lived in Lucknow our whole lives, so we know the shortcuts through Aliganj. We eat a lot of local snacks during our breaks. The 226006 area is pretty lively and there is always something happening outside the door. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us trying to make the business work and keeping things running smoothly for the people who rely on us. It is honest work and we do it from a place that feels like a real neighborhood.
