D. S Sinha & Company

Our office is located at Flat No B-9 on the 5th floor of Goel Flats. It’s right there on Faizabad Road, which is always busy with traffic and people moving about. Being on the fifth floor means we get a bit of a view of the Lucknow skyline, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the main road. The lift in the building works most of the time, but occasionally we have to take the stairs if it is being serviced. It's a bit of a climb but good for the legs, I suppose. Inside, the space is pretty straightforward. We have our desks set up and we just get to work on whatever is on the agenda for the day. D. S Sinha & Company isn't a huge operation. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of the city. We’ve had this spot in Goel Flats for a while and it suits us fine. The walls are a plain color and we have some old cabinets that have seen better days, but they hold everything we need. Most days are quiet, just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. People just come in and sit down. Sometimes we share a laugh over lunch or talk about the traffic on the way in. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We just focus on the task at hand.
