Comfort Zone

You can find us at No. 346/384 in National Colony, which is over in the Mehdiganj area of Haidar Ganj. We are situated quite close to LDA Colony, so we get a lot of people from that side walking over. The name of our place is Comfort Zone, and we basically spend our days surrounded by things meant for the home. The shop is on a street that gets quite a bit of dust, and we are constantly cleaning the surfaces to keep things looking decent. It’s not a huge showroom with lights and music, just a regular local building where we keep our stock and talk to the people who live nearby. Being near LDA Colony means there are always families around, and we often see the same faces every week. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard, so we usually pull the shades down for a bit. We don't have any corporate training or fancy scripts, we just talk to folks like normal neighbors would. Sometimes the delivery trucks take a long time to navigate the narrow parts of Haidar Ganj, which can be frustrating, but that is just part of being in this location. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need a map to know the shortcuts around Mehdiganj. It’s just us doing our daily work in a corner of the colony, making sure we handle whatever comes our way before the day ends.
