We are located over at Plot No -9 in Khargapurram, which is part of the Asrey Ka Purwa area in Gomti Nagar Vistar. It’s a developing part of the city, so there is always some construction noise or dust in the air. At Citizen Real Estate Private Limited, we spend most of our time dealing with the land and the houses around here. Gomti Nagar Vistar is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional place where we can sit down and talk about real estate with whoever walks in. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're some huge corporate entity with a dozen branches. We're just a private limited company trying to navigate the local property market. Some days are definitely slower than others. We might just sit and wait for a client to show up or handle some back-office stuff that never seems to end. The roads around Khargapurram can be a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it’s a good spot to be for this kind of work. We know the neighbors and the other business people around Asrey Ka Purwa. It feels like a real community where people still recognize each other. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or any fancy posters. We just show up, do the work, and try to help people understand the basics of what they're buying or selling.
