People usually find us because we're right near that big MRF tyre showroom here in Gomti Nagar. If you’re driving down the road in Vijayanta Khand, you can’t really miss the turn. We spend most of our days here checking sugar levels and talking to folks about their diets. It gets pretty busy in the mornings when everyone wants to get their tests done before breakfast. The waiting area has some chairs that have been there for years, and we try to keep the fan running because it gets quite warm in this part of Lucknow. It's not a fancy place, just a regular clinic where we keep track of files and see the same faces every month. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, especially with the tyre shop being right there, but we’re used to it by now. My desk is usually covered in papers and test results that need sorting. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the local residents by name. It’s just how things are run here. We open up early and stay until the last person is seen. Most people who live around Gomti Nagar know the building well. We don’t do much advertising because the word usually gets around the neighborhood anyway. It’s just a steady stream of people coming in for their checkups and heading back out to their day at their own pace.
