Career Institute Of Medical Sciences & Hospital

This hospital and institute is located on I.I.M. Road in Lucknow. It is a pretty large place since we have both the medical sciences part and the actual hospital running at the same time. Being out on I.I.M. Road, there is a lot of space, which is good for a facility this size. We have students learning here and patients coming in for treatment all through the day and night. It is a very active campus. You will see people in scrubs everywhere and ambulances coming in. It is not like a small neighborhood clinic; it is a big institution. There are different buildings for the various departments. We deal with everything from general medicine to more specialized stuff. The hospital side stays busy with people from all over Lucknow and the surrounding areas. It can be a bit overwhelming if you are not used to big hospitals, but we have signs to help people find where they need to go. We have been on this road for quite some time now. It is a major landmark in this part of the city. We just keep focused on the teaching and the patient care. Every day is different here, with a lot of movement and work happening across the whole grounds. It is a serious place, but we try to keep it organized for the students and the families who come here for help.
