Capeview Realty Private Limited

We are over at 548V/61 in Vikram Nagar. It’s a busy little area near Rdso, and we’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Capeview Realty Private Limited is just the name on the door, but mostly people just know us as the guys in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time walking around Manak Nagar looking at different sites. It isn't a huge office, just a place where we keep our files and meet people who are looking to buy or sell something nearby. The chairs are a bit old, and the tea is usually cold by the time we finish talking to a client, but that is how it goes. We don't really do the big fancy speeches or have shiny brochures. Mostly, it's just about checking the local papers and knowing who is moving where. Sometimes the paperwork for a house can be a real headache, and we spend hours trying to get things sorted out. It’s a local business, so we know most of the shopkeepers around Vikram Nagar. If you are ever near the Rdso area, you will probably see our small sign. We try to stay busy and keep things honest with whoever walks through the door. It isn't always easy working in real estate, especially when the weather is bad, but we stick to what we know. Just a simple office doing simple work every day.
