Blue Horizon Infra Ventures Privatelimited is based over at B-2462 in Indira Nagar. It’s a pretty standard spot, nothing too flashy about it. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual headaches of the infrastructure world. There is always something that needs fixing or a permit that’s taking too long to process. We have been in this part of Indira Nagar for a while and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit. You see new buildings going up everywhere you look these days. Our days usually start with a lot of tea and looking over some blueprints or site reports. We aren't the type of people who wear suits every day unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most of the time, we’re just in regular clothes, trying to stay cool when the weather gets bad. It’s hard work, and the hours can get long when a project is in the middle of a busy phase. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. If a project is going to take longer, we say so. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We just focus on the ventures we have going and try to stay on top of the local regulations.
