We've been around the Kanpur Road area for a while now. Most people know us from the LDA colony spot. It's just a regular office at E 1/115 in Sector H. We handle housing stuff for the local community. It started because we saw how messy things get when people try to find a place around here on their own. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything. It's just a few of us trying to keep things straight and help folks out. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook all afternoon, and other days it's quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We deal with the paperwork and show houses when people ask to see them. The heat in Kanpur can be something else during the summer months, so we usually try to get the walking and site visits done early in the day. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we do. Dealing with property can be a real headache, especially with all the little local rules that seem to change. We just try to stay on top of the listings and know what is available. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. It's not about being the biggest name in town. It's just about getting the job done so people can move in and get settled without too much trouble. We've stayed put at this address while the neighborhood changed.
