We are located up on the ninth floor of Tower 7 in the Metro City Paper Mill Compound. It is a bit of a trek to get up here sometimes if the elevators are being slow, but once you are in Apartment No. 2, it is a decent place to work. Auxin Enterprising Solutions Llp has been based in this part of Lucknow for a bit, and we like being in the old Paper Mill area. It’s got a bit of history to it, even if the building itself is newer. From the ninth floor, we can see a fair bit of the city, which is nice when we take a break from the screens. Our daily routine involves a lot of managing enterprise tasks and looking at solutions for different business problems. It’s not a big open-plan office; it feels more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace. We have our desks set up where the living room would be, and we spend our hours talking through projects and filing paperwork. There is always someone making tea in the small kitchen or someone else running out to grab supplies. We don’t try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just a small team in Lucknow trying to do good work and keep our clients happy. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us.
