Asra World Prime Residency Private Limited

Our office is over at E 3706 in the Avas Vikas Colony, right in the Talkatora part of Lucknow. If you know the area, you know it is a busy residential spot. Asra World Prime Residency has been operating from this house-turned-office for a bit now. It is not a big corporate building with glass walls, just a regular place where we sit and talk to people about where they want to live. Lucknow 226017 is a growing zip code and there are always people looking for a flat or trying to move closer to their work. We spend most of our mornings answering the phone and writing down details in our notebooks. The tea guy comes around at eleven and that is usually when the busiest part of the day starts. We deal with a lot of residency paperwork and helping folks understand the colony rules. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but inside we just focus on the files. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh, we just want to handle the residency work for the people who walk through our door. It is mostly about knowing the local streets and who is selling what. We have a couple of plastic chairs for visitors and a map of the colony on the wall. It is practical and it works for us and the people who live around here.
