We've been around Nikhilesh Palace on Ashok Marg for a while now. Most days it's just us looking at blueprints and trying to get the crews organized. Construction is a messy job, really. You spend half your time on the phone and the other half dealing with dust. We handle the building work around here, keeping things moving as much as we can. It’s not always easy with the traffic on Ashok Marg getting so thick in the afternoons. Sometimes the trucks can't even get through. But we manage. People know where to find us in the palace building. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. There’s always another project or a renovation that needs doing. Usually, it's just the usual stuff, making sure the walls are straight and the concrete sets right. We don't do anything too fancy, just solid work that stays up. If you walk past, you might see some of us standing outside talking about the next site. It's a living. The office is okay, nothing special, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time out on the sites anyway. It’s better to be out there seeing things get built than sitting behind a desk all day. We’ve got a small team, mostly guys who have been doing this for years and know the trade. We just keep at it, one floor at a time.
