Ashish Garments

Ashish Garments is located inside K. D. T. Plaza, right at the Ram Ram Bank Chauraha in Aliganj. We are on the 1st floor, which is good since you don't have to climb too many stairs to reach us. The plaza itself is a busy place, and the Chauraha outside is almost always blocked with traffic and people crossing. From our spot on the first floor, we can see the movement below. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we keep our garments and do our business. We spend the morning unpacking bags and hanging things up. The air conditioning works most of the time, but on really hot Aliganj days, we keep a couple of extra fans going. It gets dusty pretty fast because of all the construction and cars near Ram Ram Bank Chauraha, so wiping down the tables is a constant chore. We have a small corner for tea and lunch breaks. Most of our neighbors in K. D. T. Plaza are doing the same thing, just trying to get through the day's work. It feels like a community here, even if everyone is busy with their own tasks. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s easy for people to describe where we are. It’s just a normal shop where we put in the hours and keep things organized. Usually, we close up as the sun goes down and the street lights at the Chauraha flicker on.
