Our branch of Ark Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. is located at E-4/3664 in Rajajipuram, Lucknow. We have the Mumbai name on the sign, but we are a local operation serving this neighborhood. The office is situated on a regular street in Rajajipuram, and it’s a place people come to for their routine medical tests. We have a small team here who handles the registrations and the sample collection. The interior is very basic, just some chairs for waiting and the technical area where the work happens. We’ve been at this spot for several years now and have become a familiar part of the local area. We don't spend money on big advertisements or try to sound like a huge corporation. It’s just a simple lab where you can get your testing done without much fuss. We start early in the morning to help the people who have to go to work later. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit backed up if the computer is slow, but we get through it. People usually come to us because we are close by or their local doctor suggested our name. We don't have any mission statements or anything like that written on the walls. We just focus on the daily tasks of running a diagnostic center and making sure the machines are working right for the day's tests. It keeps us quite busy throughout the week.
