Architectural Innovations & Construction

We are Architectural Innovations & Construction, based out of Lucknow. Our office is located at 97 - 98 on the first floor of Jeevan Plaza. If you are familiar with Vipul Khand, you probably know where Study Hall School is, and we are right near there. It’s a basic spot for an office and we’ve been here for a bit now. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and looking over plans at our desks. The first floor is usually quiet enough to get things done, though the school nearby means things get busy during pick-up and drop-off times. We just handle the day-to-day work of running things and getting the building projects finished. It is a lot of back and forth between the site and the office. We keep our tools and folders organized as best as we can, but it gets a bit cluttered when we have multiple projects going on at once. Being in Jeevan Plaza makes it easy for people to find us. We don’t really do fancy meetings, mostly just sitting down with a cup of tea and talking through what needs to be done. Lucknow is a big city but this little corner of Vipul Khand feels like our own space. We have been working out of this office for a while and the neighbors in the plaza are friendly enough. It’s just us doing what we do every day. We try to keep our heads down and focus on the current task until it's finished.
