We are set up in Shop Number 11 on the first floor of Udai Plaza. It’s located in the Patrakarpuram area of Gomti Nagar. If you know Lucknow, you know Gomti Nagar is a busy place to be. Being on the first floor means it’s a bit quieter than the ground floor, which helps us stay focused. We handle sales and some online bazaar stuff from this shop. The place is usually full of boxes and packing tape because there’s always something being shipped out. We don’t have a fancy display window or anything like that because we aren't really a walk-in retail store. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and making sure everything is ready for the customers. Udai Plaza is a lively spot, and there’s always something going on in the hallways. We spend a lot of our time just managing the logistics of our sales. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza breaks down, and we have to haul everything up and down the stairs ourselves. It’s a bit of a workout, but we don’t mind too much. We aren't a massive corporation, just a small sales team trying to keep things running. A few of us have been working here since the beginning, so we know the drill. We just focus on keeping the shelves moving and the orders going out. It’s a regular, hardworking life for us in Gomti Nagar.
