Anupma Travels

You can find Anupma Travels at 18/485 in Indira Nagar. It is one of those typical Lucknow addresses that can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We are located right in the middle of a residential block, so it feels more like a house than a big business center. The street is usually lined with parked scooters and the occasional cow wandering through. We’ve got a small sign outside so people don't miss the door. Inside, the space is pretty tight, filled with a couple of desks and a lot of paper. We don't really go for the high-end look; it's mostly just functional. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of the time, we are just sitting here handling the phone calls and writing things down in our registers. The ceiling fan hums quite loudly, especially when we turn it up to the highest setting during June. It’s a very local vibe, where people sometimes just poke their heads in to ask for directions to another house number. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Lucknow for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with more houses going up. Despite all the new shops opening up further down the road, our little spot at 18/485 stays pretty much the same day after day while we manage our work.
