Al- Design

Al- Design is based on the 4th floor of Halwasia Court, which sits on M G Road in Aishbagh. Most people in Lucknow know the building since it has been around for quite a while. Being on the fourth floor means we have to rely on the lift, which can be a bit slow during the middle of the day. Our office is a simple workspace where we spend most of our hours hunched over drawing boards or staring at computer screens. It’s not one of those shiny, modern offices you see in magazines. We have piles of sketches and old coffee mugs scattered around most of the time. The 226001 area is a central part of the city, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We like the energy of M G Road even if the parking is a total nightmare for us and our visitors. We don't go in for big marketing talk or fancy presentations. We just focus on the design work that needs to get out the door. It’s a small operation here at Halwasia Court. We are just a few people trying to make things work and keep our heads down. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we manage. If you are looking for us, just head up to the fourth floor. We are usually there, just working through the daily tasks.
