Located right opposite the RTO office in Transport Nagar, Alambagh, our place is usually a mess of cardboard boxes and brown tape. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s where all the big trucks hang out. It’s loud and dusty, and there is always the smell of diesel in the air. We spend our days packing up people’s entire lives into crates. It’s heavy work and our backs usually ache by the end of the week. We have a small office area but most of the action happens out where the trucks are parked. We try to keep track of all the bubble wrap and blankets we use to protect furniture. Sometimes a customer is worried about their glass table, so we spend extra time on that one. Agarwal Air Movers Packers Ltd. is basically run from this busy roadside spot. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished showroom. It’s just a lot of logistics and making sure the drivers know where they are going. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks, talking about the traffic on the highway. Moving is stressful for people, so we see a lot of anxious faces coming through the door. We just take the boxes, load the trucks, and keep things moving through the Alambagh traffic. It’s a straightforward job that keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We just want to get the job done without any trouble.
