Active Enterprises

We are located at Lgf, 14, Tarun Market on Sitapur Road. Being on the lower ground floor means we don't get a lot of natural light coming through, but it stays a bit cooler down here during the hot summer months. Active Enterprises is right near the Daliganj Railway Crossing, so we hear the trains going by all day long. The building shakes just a little bit every time a big freight train passes, but you stop noticing it after you've been here for a week or two. The market is always busy, especially in the afternoons, with people looking for all sorts of parts and supplies. Our shop is a bit of a mix of everything we’ve collected over the years. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling, and half the time I need a ladder just to see what’s pushed at the back. It’s a bit dusty, and the floor is a bit uneven in places, but it works for what we need. We get all kinds of customers coming in, from people who know exactly what they want to those who are just browsing. We don't have a formal way of doing things. It’s mostly just chatting with people and helping them find what they need in the stacks of inventory. Sometimes the traffic on Sitapur Road is so bad that we stay open a bit later just to wait for the road to clear. It’s a busy life.
