You can find our clinic at B-3/138 in Viraj Khand, which is over in Lucknow. It’s a local clinic and we’ve been in this same spot for quite a while. The neighborhood is mostly houses, so it’s a lot quieter than the main commercial areas. We have a simple sign out front and a small gate. Inside, there’s a waiting area with a few rows of chairs and a desk where we keep the registers. 226010 is the pin code for our area. We have a couple of consultation rooms where the doctor sees patients throughout the day. It’s not a huge facility, just a practical clinic for the people living nearby in Viraj Khand. The walls are a bit plain and we have a few health posters up, but that’s about it for decoration. We don't do any big marketing or have a polished corporate image. We are just a local team doing our jobs. Most of our day is spent checking temperatures, writing prescriptions, and chatting with the regulars. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it’s completely quiet. We keep a small fridge for some medicines and a cupboard for the files. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things but it works for us. If you’re in the area, you’ve probably walked past our building. We just keep the doors open and take care of whoever comes in needing help.
