Abid Travel

We're located at Kailash Kunj on Faizabad Road, right in the Indira Nagar area of Lucknow. If you're familiar with the Bhootnath area, we are quite close to that landmark. Abid Travel is a small, local business that we've been running for a while now. It's not a fancy place with lots of decorations. We just have what we need to get the work done. Every day, we come in, open up the office, and start checking on bookings. It's a lot of talking to people and making sure drivers are where they need to be. We don't have any corporate training. We just learned by doing it every day. The noise from the road can be a bit much, but it's part of being in such a central spot. People from around Indira Nagar stop by when they need to go somewhere. We don't try to sell them things they don't need. We just give them the facts and let them decide. It's a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We've seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Some are regulars and some are just passing through. We treat everyone the same. Lucknow is home, and this shop is where we spend most of our time. It’s just honest work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help someone get to the airport or a nearby town on time and without any trouble.
