Aaai Services (India) Private Limited

Our place is located at Plot No 57, Khasra No 230, in Rahimnagardudauli. It’s part of the Faijullaganj area. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you don’t know the local roads well, but we like it because it’s out of the main city rush. Aaai Services (India) Private Limited is the name on our registration, though we usually just call it the office. The building is a simple structure on a decent-sized plot of land. We’ve got enough space for our equipment and a small area where we sit and have our lunch every day around noon. It’s not the kind of place that has air conditioning in every room, but we make do with fans when it gets hot. Most of the people working here are from the local neighborhood or nearby villages. We do a lot of the hands-on work ourselves instead of hiring everything out to strangers. It’s a practical way to run things and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of orders coming in at once, but we eventually get everything sorted out by the end of the week. We don’t bother with fancy titles or corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they can. It’s a bit dusty outside sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just part of life here. We’re just a group of people working hard at Plot 57.
