Recutement

We've been running Recutement out of our place here in the Police Colony for a bit now. It’s a quiet spot in Ganga, Itanagar. Most people know the area near 7B(Type-2). It's just a regular office space where we handle things day to day. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just us working through the paperwork and talking to people who come by. Arunachal Pradesh is home, so we try to keep things straightforward for the locals. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but we manage to get the work done anyway. We aren't trying to be some giant company from a big city. We just stay focused on what needs doing here in the colony. If you're looking for us, we are right by the housing blocks. It’s pretty easy to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We spend most of our mornings getting things organized. The weather here can be a bit much sometimes, but we are always at the desk. We keep a simple setup with just the basics. There isn't much to say other than we're here and we work hard. You won't find any slick sales talk here. Just regular people trying to do a decent job with the resources we have. It’s been an interesting journey setting this up in Itanagar. We hope to keep the doors open for a long time. It feels good to be part of the local community and help out where we can.
