Working in the Industrial Area, Phase II of Tatisilwai, feels different than being in the town. Everything is bigger here. Tulsyan Rice Mill Pvt. Ltd. is one of those spots where you see a lot of gray concrete and hear the hum of big machines. We process a lot of rice, and the smell of it is everywhere. It’s a heavy scent that stays on your clothes. The mill is a busy place with workers coming in shifts. We have to keep an eye on the boilers and the separators all day long. It's not the kind of place where you sit down much. Most of the time, we’re checking the quality of the grain or making sure the bags are stitched up right. The trucks line up outside the gate, waiting to load or unload. It can get pretty chaotic when everyone arrives at once. Tatisilwai is an industrial hub, so we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. We don't have time for fancy talk. We just focus on the machines and the output. It’s a practical business. We’ve been here long enough that the noise doesn’t even bother us anymore. We just keep the wheels turning and get the rice out to the markets where it belongs. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best. There is no mystery to it, just keeping the production line moving.
