Up here in the Limbdi Taluka, the air is a bit different than the city. We are located near the Pump House in Bhalgamda Village. It’s a spot that most locals know because of the landmarks. Bhardwaj Fabricators Pvt. Ltd. operates out of this district, and it’s a hands-on kind of environment. You’ll usually hear the sound of metal being worked on before you even see the building. The sun gets pretty hot out here, so we start early in the morning to get the heavy lifting done before noon. Our space isn't decorated with anything fancy. It’s mostly just tools, raw materials, and the benches where we put things together. Sometimes the village roads get a bit dusty when the tractors pass by, but that is just life in Bhalgamda. We have a small office area where we keep the records and talk to people who come by with sketches or broken parts. It isn't a corporate setup with glass walls. It is a place where boots get dirty and hands get calloused. We’ve been in this part of the district for quite some time now. Most of the people working here are from the nearby areas. We drink our tea together under the shade when we take a break. It is a simple way of working, focusing on the tasks at hand and making sure the fabrications are finished right here in the village. It can be a long day, but we prefer it this way.
