Planet Mimalaya

You can find us at Paul House, which is located in the Zangsti area of Leh Ho. Planet Mimalaya has been operating from this building for a long time. Zangsti is a part of the old town, so it has a lot of character and history. Our address is 194101, and while the name on our sign might have a little spelling quirk, everyone around here knows where we are. The office is tucked away in Paul House, and it's a cozy place to sit and plan out trips. We don’t have a lot of staff, usually just one or two of us at the desk. We spend our time talking to travelers about the permits they need and which guesthouses are open in the remote villages. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We don't use fancy software; we mostly rely on our notebooks and the phone. The views from Zangsti are great, and you can see the mountains clearly on a sunny day. We like to keep things straightforward and honest. If a road is too dangerous, we will tell you. We aren't here to sell you something you don't need. We just want to make sure you have a decent time in Ladakh and get back safely. It’s a small operation, but we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes.
