Neo Ladakh

Neo Ladakh is located right in the Zimskhang Complex, which is part of the Main Bazaar in Leh Ho. Being in the bazaar means there is always noise and people. We have a small shop there. You can hear the sounds of the market all day long. We started this because we know the 194101 area better than anyone else. We grew up playing in these streets. Our office is simple, with a few chairs and a computer that sometimes acts up. We don't have a corporate team. It’s just us and our cousins and friends helping out. We spend a lot of time talking to travelers who wander in from the bazaar. We tell them the truth about the roads. If a road is bad, we say it is bad. We don't sugarcoat things. The Zimskhang Complex is a busy place, and we fit right in. We take care of the small details, like making sure there is enough petrol for the long drives. It gets very cold here in the winter, and we mostly sit around the heater and plan for the next summer. It’s a local business through and through. We don’t have a big marketing plan. We just rely on people knowing we are here in the Main Bazaar. It works for us and has worked for years. We keep the lights on and the kettle hot for anyone who stops by.
