Mountain Call Adventure

Mountain Call Adventure is located right in the heart of things at Lal Chowk in the Main Bazar of Leh Ho. This is where everything happens in town—the market is always full of people buying vegetables, clothes, and everything else you can think of. Our office is right in the middle of that noise and energy. We’ve been helping people get out into the mountains for a long time now. Because we are in the Main Bazar, we see everyone passing through. We aren't a corporate setup with suits; we are just guys who like the mountains and know how to survive in them. We spend a lot of time checking trekking boots, sleeping bags, and making sure the stoves work properly. The weather in Ladakh can be harsh, so you have to be prepared, even if you’re just going for a day trip. We talk to people about the passes and the weather conditions because things change fast up here. We don't try to sell anyone on anything they don't need. If someone isn't ready for a high-altitude trek, we tell them straight. It’s better to be safe than to have problems later on. We like being in the bazar because we can grab a quick tea or talk to the shopkeepers next door whenever things get a bit slow. It's a busy life during the season, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
