Ga Tsal Tours & Travels

Ga Tsal Tours & Travels is located in the Changspa area of Leh Ho. Changspa is a nice part of town, a bit more green than the center, and it’s where a lot of people like to stay when they visit Ladakh. We’ve been running our little travel shop here for a few years, mostly helping people figure out how to get from one place to another without getting too tired. The altitude here in 194101 is no joke, so we often tell people to just take it easy for the first few days. We grew up in these mountains, so we don't think much of the thin air, but we see how it affects visitors. We handle things like booking cars and finding good drivers who don't go too fast on the winding mountain roads. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office, drinking tea, and waiting for the next person to walk in. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that; we just talk to people and listen to where they want to go. Sometimes they want to see the monasteries, and sometimes they just want to go sit by a lake for a couple of days. We know the local guys who run the guesthouses and the ones who own the horses for trekking. It’s a small community here in Leh, so everyone knows everyone else, which makes it easier to get things done without too much fuss or trouble.
