Our office is over at Mahavir Park in Latur, specifically at number 1179. It’s a decent spot, fairly quiet compared to the main market area. We’ve been running Yedai Construction from here for some time now. Latur has its own pace, and we try to stick to it. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team that handles building projects around the city and the nearby districts. Most days, you’ll find us sitting around the big table looking at blueprints or arguing about where the plumbing should go. It’s honest work. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes the weather in Maharashtra gets really dry and hot, which makes the site work exhausting, but that’s just how it is. We drink a lot of tea and keep moving. People in the neighborhood know us by name, which is how we like it. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just the ones who finish the job without leaving a mess. It’s just us, some bricks, and a lot of concrete. We have been in Latur for years and we know how the soil and the weather affect the buildings here, so we plan accordingly. It's just a regular local business and we are happy staying that way for now.
