VAIBHAVI BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS LLP

We are based out of Girwalkar Nagar here in Latur. Most people around here know us because we have been working at house number 4058 for a while now. It is a local operation, mostly just us trying to get things built without too much fuss. Latur is a growing place and we see new houses coming up every month. We handle a bit of building and developing for folks in the district. It isn't a fancy office with lots of glass, just a practical space where we look at maps and talk to people who want to start a project. Some days it gets quite dusty outside, but that is just part of the job when you are dealing with bricks and cement. My brother and I started this because we knew the area well and saw that people needed someone they could just talk to plainly. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few guys who know how to work. If you walk down the road near house 4058, you will see us. We spend a lot of time on site making sure things are moving along. Sometimes the rain slows us down, but we just pick up where we left off. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build decent places for people to live and work in our own town. That is about it really.
