We are based out of D-33 in the MIDC area. If you’ve ever been to an industrial zone, you know exactly what it’s like here. It’s all warehouses, trucks, and the sound of heavy machinery. We don't have any trees or pretty views, just the grey walls of D-33 and the asphalt road. We do food production, which means we have to be very careful about how we handle things, but we don't make a big deal about it. It’s just the job. We show up early, turn on the lights, and start the lines. The MIDC area is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy around, even if it’s just the energy of people trying to get their work done. We have a small team that has been with us for a while. We don't talk much about missions or visions; we talk about whether the shipment for Thursday is going to be ready or if the packaging material arrived. It’s very practical. Sometimes the power goes out and everything stops, and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. That’s just life in the industrial belt. We’re not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure that whatever leaves D-33 is what it’s supposed to be. It’s simple, hard work, and that’s plenty for us. We keep our heads down and keep the lines moving as often as we can. It's just about doing the work that's right in front of us today.
