TORAN BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS LLP

Toran Builders and Developers LLP is based in Latur, specifically over in Shapuri Colony. We’ve been working out of this area for a bit, focusing on local building jobs and development work around the city. It’s a decent place to be, and the colony is pretty easy to navigate once you get here. Most of our time is spent on the actual sites rather than sitting behind a desk. We take on various construction tasks, mostly residential stuff or whatever the local demand happens to be at the time. It isn't always easy with the way costs of materials keep changing every week, but we try to keep things steady. Our team is just a handful of people who know the Latur area really well. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or by seeing the signs at our building sites. We just want to get the houses or buildings up and move on to the next one. It’s practical work. Sometimes we’re dealing with the municipal office and other times we’re out looking at bricks or talking to plumbers. Being in Shapuri Colony puts us right where we need to be to reach most parts of Latur quickly. We’ve got our routine down and we just keep at it day by day. It’s nothing too complicated, just building things.
