Tara Baverages

We are located in Ward No. 6 of Gudsur Village, which is out in the Udgir Taluka near Latur. Our shop is tucked away in Khadhiali Gali, not far from the Begambarpura Mandir. It is a very local setup here. We deal with beverages, mostly keeping the bottles stored in our back room and sending them out to the small stalls in the village and near the temple. The lane is narrow, so we have to use smaller carts to move things around. It’s a quiet part of the world until the temple has a festival, then everything gets very busy. We spend our mornings checking what we have left in stock and calling the suppliers in Latur to bring more. The building is just a simple brick structure that’s been in the family for a while. We don't have any big signs or advertisements. People in Gudsur know where we are. Sometimes the heat in Latur gets really intense, so we try to do most of the heavy moving before the sun is high. We aren't looking to expand into some big corporation. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure the local folks have what they need. It’s an honest way to spend the day, even if the work is a bit repetitive. We just keep the crates organized and wait for the next delivery to arrive in the Gali.
