Out here on Naded Road in Udgir, you’ll find our place, Sresta Natural Bio-Products Pvt. Ltd. We are located near the Mini Loni Midc, which is a bit of an industrial area but still feels quite rural. This part of Latur is mostly about agriculture and processing what comes from the fields. We spend our days working with bio-products, which means dealing with a lot of natural materials. It’s not a clean, white-collar office job. There is dirt and there are machines, and the smell of the earth is always around. We have a decent-sized facility because the work needs space. The road outside can get a bit rough during the monsoon, but we are used to that. Being near the Midc means we have neighbors who are also doing industrial work, so there’s a sense of everyone just getting on with their business. We don’t really have a big marketing team or a fancy front desk. Most of us are usually out back or in the middle of the processing area. We focus on what we’re doing with the products and making sure everything is handled right. Udgir is a hardworking town, and we fit right in with that. It’s a lot of long hours and practical tasks, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep things moving here on Naded Road.
