SOMVISHWA BUILDCON LLP

We run things from Majage Nagar in Latur, specifically at the home of Baswaraj Ghallappa Khalage. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything like that. It’s just a house where we have set aside some space to do our buildcon work. Latur can get very hot, so we usually have the fans going full speed most of the year. The office room is simple, with a couple of chairs and a wooden table that we use for everything from meetings to lunch. We are right in the middle of a residential area, so we know all our neighbors and they know what we do. It’s a very direct way of working. If someone needs to talk to us, they just drop by. We don't have any formal reception area. Most of our work involves local building projects, so we are often out on the sites more than we are in the office anyway. When we are here, we are usually catching up on the accounts or planning the next stage of a job. There’s a big tree outside the window that provides some shade, which we are thankful for. We don't use much fancy language to describe what we do; we just focus on the actual building part. It’s a quiet, local operation and that suits the way we like to live and work in this town.
