If you are standing at the Gondegaon Bus Stand, you can pretty much see our clinic from there. We are right there on the main road in Soegaon. Being so close to the bus stop means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the engines, but it also makes us very easy to find. Many people stop in while they are waiting for their ride to come or after they just got off a bus from another village. It’s a busy little spot because of the location. We don't have a fancy waiting room with air conditioning, just a few stools and a bench where people can rest their feet for a bit. The traffic on the main road never really stops during the daylight hours. We’ve been here long enough that the bus drivers and conductors all know us by sight. Our clinic is simple and we keep things straightforward for everyone. No need for anything complicated when someone just has a fever or needs a small bandage. We handle the everyday health stuff that comes up in a place like Taluka Gondegaon. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we just keep going with what we have. It is just the way things are in this part of the country. People know they can find us here from the early morning until the last buses start heading out in the evening. It is a busy life on the road but it’s what we do.
