Shivtirth Lifespace Private Limited is located out in Malkapur, which is part of the Udgir Taluka in Latur. Our office is on Plot No. 3035. It’s a bit different out here compared to the big cities, but we like the pace. We mostly focus on creating living spaces and handling real estate projects in this part of Maharashtra. We’re a local team, and we don't try to act like we are something we're not. Most of our neighbors know us as the people who are always busy with land and building plans. It’s a lot of work involving local regulations and making sure the physical construction actually matches what’s on the paper. Sometimes it’s a struggle to get everything lined up, but we just keep pushing through. We don't have a PR person or a fancy website team. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. The weather can be pretty tough in Latur, especially in the summer, but the work doesn't stop. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the various plots we are developing. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We’re just trying to provide decent spaces for people to live in. It’s about being practical and staying honest with the folks we deal with every day. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell, just working through each day as it comes.
