You can find us at Shop No. 183, which is on the first floor over in Gandhi Market. It’s Site No. 112 if you’re looking at the old maps of the area. We are right beside the Indira Mahila Sahakari Bank, so that’s usually the easiest way to tell people where to go when they get lost. Equinox Technologies is basically just a small office filled with computer screens and tangled cables. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always a lot of noise coming up from the street, even with the windows shut. We’ve been here a while and know most of the other shop owners around our block. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow and steep, so you have to watch your step. Inside, we just have our desks and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. We deal with various tech things throughout the day. Some days it’s quiet and we just work through the list, while other days the phone won’t stop ringing for hours. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving. We aren't really into the flashy side of technology. We just do the work that comes in and try to stay on top of all the paperwork. Most of us have been here since we opened this spot. It’s a tight space but it works for what we need.
