Sahyadri Hospital

Sahyadri Hospital is located at Rm 190, right on Alfonsa Highschool Road near Jay Bhavani Chowk. It’s a lively spot because of the school nearby, so we often hear the kids shouting or the school bell ringing during the day. The chowk is always full of traffic, which makes finding the hospital easy but parking a bit of a challenge sometimes. Inside, the hospital feels lived-in. We have been working out of this building for years, and it’s seen a lot of patients pass through its doors. The walls have some scuffs and the floor tiling is a bit old, but we keep everything as tidy as we can for the folks coming in. Our days are filled with the usual hospital business—doctors talking to families, nurses checking charts, and the occasional delivery of supplies coming through the back. We aren’t trying to be a luxury hotel; we’re just a hospital where people can get fixed up and sent home. Most of us who work here live not too far away, so we understand the local community well. We see a lot of people from the Jay Bhavani Chowk area. It gets busy in the evenings after work hours, and the lobby can get quite full of people waiting their turn. We just take it one patient at a time and try to do right by them. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s served us and the neighborhood well enough over the years without any fuss.
