Our office is out on Babalgaon Road in Latur. It is actually part of the house belonging to Hansraj Dhondiram Somwanshi, so it’s a very local, family-oriented setup. Latur can get incredibly hot, especially in the afternoons, so we do most of our heavy thinking in the cooler morning hours. We work on infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about roads, pipes, and basic structures that people need. It’s not a fast-paced city life here; things move at their own rhythm. We have a lot of local guys working with us, and we spend a lot of time sitting on the porch or in the small office area talking about the next job. The road outside can be dusty with trucks passing by, but that’s just part of life here. We don’t have a fancy website or a big PR team. We just know the land and the people in this district. If someone needs a job done, they usually just come by the house and talk to us directly. We keep our records in big handwritten registers sometimes, along with the digital files. It’s a mix of the old way of doing things and the new requirements for the corporation. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the ones who show up and do what they said they would do for the community. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
