Newborn Infrastructure Private Limited is run from 86/761 at Raje Shivaji Nagar. We are based out of Rajendra Mukinda Suryawanshi’s place here in Latur. It’s a local operation, 413512 is our area code. We started this because there was a need for more infrastructure work in this part of town. We handle things like roads, small bridges, and other public works that help the community get around. It is hard work and the sun in Latur can be really punishing in the summer months. Our team is mostly made up of people from the nearby areas. We don't have a big fancy office building with a glass front. We just work from where we are and keep our equipment nearby. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to get to the more remote sites, but we always come back here to settle the books and plan the next day. We aren't interested in being the most famous company around. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on are finished properly. There are always some delays with materials or weather, but that is just the way it goes in this line of work. We talk to our clients directly, usually over a cup of tea, and skip all the corporate talk. It’s a straightforward business and we plan to keep it that way for as long as we can. We just value a job well done.
