Nanai Venture Private Limited

Nanai Venture Private Limited is located over in Latur, specifically at the home of Saroj Devidas Pawar in Mohammdiya Colony. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you are coming from the main city area, but we like the quiet. The office is basically a room set aside for all the files and the computer. Since it is a venture started from a residential area, it feels more like a family thing than a big business. We spend a lot of time just figuring out the next steps. Latur gets quite hot in the summers, so we have the fans running all day long while we work. People in the colony know us and sometimes they drop by just to say hello. We don’t have fancy furniture or a reception desk. It’s just us, some chairs, and a lot of work to get through. Most of our days are spent on the phone or tracking things on the screen. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on. The atmosphere is very relaxed, no suits or ties here. We just wear what is comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. It feels good to build something from a place we know so well. Every evening, we shut down the computers and walk a few steps to the living room. It's a simple life.
