Our office is located in Panchal Colony, right in Nilanga. Prashant Patil is the one who keeps everything moving here at Mudra Consultancy & Developers. Latur can be a tough place to work sometimes with the water and the heat, but we’ve been here a while and know the area inside out. We do a mix of consulting and actual development work. It’s a small team, nothing too huge. We mostly hang out at the office in Nilanga when we aren't visiting sites. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls, just a regular office where we look at plans and talk to people about their land. People in the colony know us. We try to be helpful and give clear answers about what can and can't be done with a project. Development takes a lot of patience, especially with all the rules and the paperwork. We spend a lot of time at the local government offices or out in the field. It’s a practical business. we started this because we saw a need for someone local who understands the soil and the local needs of Nilanga. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build a few good things in our district. It keeps us busy enough. Some days are long, but that’s just how this business goes.
