Mangalya Infra-Construct Private Limited is situated over in Ahmedpur, specifically near the 100 Ft Hanuman Tekdi area at house number D-2428 in Kalbone. It's a bit of a quiet spot compared to the bigger cities, but we like it that way. Latur is where we are from and where we work. Our office is more like a home office that grew a bit too big. We have stuff everywhere. Files, samples of materials, and old ledgers. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time traveling between different spots for work. The 100 Ft road is a landmark everyone knows around here. We aren't trying to be fancy with our language or how we present ourselves. We are just local people trying to build things. Sometimes the weather makes work difficult, especially when it gets really hot out here in Maharashtra. We just keep going. It’s a family-style environment here. We drink a lot of tea and talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. There’s no big HR department or corporate handbook. We just talk to each other and get the job done. It’s simple and it works for us.
