Maharashtra Ginger Garlic Paste

You can find us out in Village Mallapur, which is part of the Udgir Taluk. We are situated near Vikash Nagar on the Degloor Road. Being out in the village means we are close to where a lot of the raw stuff comes from. Maharashtra Ginger Garlic Paste is a straightforward name because that’s exactly what we do. We don't try to be fancy or modern. We take the ginger and the garlic, and we process it right here on the premises. The smell is very strong around our place, as you can imagine. You can probably smell us before you even see the building. It’s a hardworking environment. We have a few big grinders and some packing stations. It’s a lot of physical work, peeling and sorting and making sure the paste is just right. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have the workspace and a small corner with a desk to keep our records. Most of our workers live right here in Mallapur or nearby in Udgir. We don't have big meetings or corporate strategies to talk about. We just look at how much we need to produce each day and we get to it. Sometimes the harvest isn't great, or the road to Degloor gets blocked by rain, but we do our best to keep things moving. It’s a basic business, but it’s ours and we work hard at it.
